SummitDesk overview

SummitDesk

The desk you run before the DMS

SummitDesk is where the structure gets built. Cash, retail, lease and one-pay run through one deal engine with the store's own rates, fees and programs. The closer presents a clean quote. F&I and the trade sit on the same deal. Managers see working gross while the deal is still live. The store's system of record still books it — it just gets a cleaner one.

Public list and claims last checked 2026-09-03. Use your browser's Print dialog to save this page as a PDF. That is the leave-behind.

Dealer teams

One shared desk. Store rates and programs. Manager visibility on the working book. Floor people request a quote from Pulse — they do not get a limited Structure view.

Solo sales and F&I people

A personal workspace to quote, follow up, and present professionally. You do not wait for the store to rip out its DMS.

The live tools

  • Structure

Desk cash, retail, lease, and one-pay when the workspace and plan allow those deal types. One engine. The payment on the grid is the payment on the quote.

  • TrackLine

Working, delivered, and lost — with the structure attached. Solo users see the same page labeled My Deals.

  • SummitValue

Trade appraisal with market comps, on the same deal you are desking.

  • Performix

Performance review for the people who have to hit the month.

  • Pulse

Home after sign-in. A dealer sees the store cockpit. A solo closer sees their own scoreboard. Same product, different job.

  • SummitIQ

Ask about your numbers after you sign in — pace, gross, stuck deals. It reads this workspace. It does not invent a figure.

What it is not

  • Not a DMS replacement. The DMS remains the system of record.
  • Not a tax, legal, lender, or OEM system of record.
  • Inventory and Recon are not a shipped product surface yet.

Public list prices

PlanList
Solo Free$0
Solo Plus$49
Solo Pro$79
Indie$199
Indie Pro$349
Franchise$999
Franchise Pro$1,499
Enterprise$1,199 per rooftop on Pro3+ rooftops. Sales-assisted, not a self-serve button.
  • Solo is a personal workspace (one closer): Free / Plus / Pro.
  • Indie is an independent rooftop: finance and cash. No OEM bulletin import, no lease / one-pay.
  • Franchise is a franchise rooftop: lease and OEM program tools stay on.
  • The tax/reference library, title forms by state, state and county research, and source links in Taxes & Fees are included with Indie Pro, Franchise Pro and Enterprise. Solo plans do not include this research library. Standard tax and fee calculations remain part of dealer desking.
  • Prices are USD per rooftop per month, owner-stated on the as-of date below. Coupons, founding rates, and custom contracts are not in this list — ask us.
  • As of 2026-09-04, new self-serve checkouts charge this list. Existing subscriptions keep their current rate. Enterprise is sales-assisted, with no self-serve checkout.
  • If this list and an existing invoice disagree, the invoice reflects the rate on that subscription. Plans are priced per rooftop, not per seat.
  • Indie, Indie Pro, Franchise, and Franchise Pro: one 30-day free trial per dealership, no credit card required. If no card is added by day 30, the subscription pauses and SummitDesk locks until you choose a plan and pay. Nothing is charged without a card. Add a card during the trial and your plan continues after day 30.
  • Solo Plus and Solo Pro start with a 14-day free trial with a card at checkout. Solo Free is $0.

Tax that computes — then the desk reviews it

A complete deal computes in every U.S. state plus D.C. and Puerto Rico, from the store's configured assumptions. When a local or special line cannot be priced from an official published source, the desk shows $0 with a visible, named reason. We do not invent a city rate.

Tax dollars are calculated from the deal and the customer's location every time — never typed into settings or frozen. We check the tax math against dealer-provided worksheets from real stores, state by state, and that set keeps growing. We do not advertise exact tax or guaranteed compliance for every state.

The desk still reviews the figure against the lender, the OEM program, and what the DMS will book. That is how a serious store uses a desk tool.
