Can a small independent store use it?

Yes. Indie plans are built for an independent rooftop: finance and cash deals, a clean retail quote, the trade, F&I presentation, and the pipeline. Lease, one-pay, and OEM bulletin tools are Franchise features and are off on Indie.

What a small store gets

  • Structure desks a retail or cash deal with your own rates and fees and produces a customer-safe quote PDF.
  • State-aware tax and fees. A complete deal computes in every U.S. state plus D.C. and Puerto Rico, and anything that cannot be priced from an official source shows $0 with a named reason.
  • TrackLine, SummitValue, Performix, Pulse, and SummitIQ on the same deal and the same workspace.
  • No seat count. Plans are not sold or enforced by seat count.

What it costs and how to try it

Indie and Indie Pro are on the public list in "What plans does SummitDesk have?" Self-serve checkout starts with a 30-day free trial, no credit card required. If no card is added by day 30, the subscription pauses and SummitDesk locks until you choose a plan and pay. Nothing is charged without a card.

If you are one person

An individual closer can use a personal (Solo) workspace instead. It is your own book and scoreboard — My Deals, Pulse, and SummitIQ — not a desk. Solo Free is $0; Solo Plus and Solo Pro are on the same public list.
