Does it integrate with my DMS or CRM?

SummitDesk sits above your DMS. There is no live, two-way connection to a DMS or CRM today, and SummitDesk does not book deals into your system of record.

How deals get in and out

  • Desk it. Deals are structured in SummitDesk with the store's rates, fees, and programs, and saved to TrackLine.
  • Import history. TrackLine accepts a spreadsheet export of past deals (CSV or Excel) through Settings, so pace and performance start from real history.
  • Export. You can export your data at any time from Settings → Data & Privacy.
  • Vehicle data. VIN decode and market comparables come from vehicle data providers, keyed by VIN. No customer personal information is sent to them.
  • Quotes. The quote PDF is generated from the deal and sent from the desk. Sending a quote does not book the car anywhere.

The boundary

The DMS remains the system of record for booking and accounting. Confirm final figures against your lender, OEM program, store policy, and what your DMS will book.
