What's the difference between Indie and Franchise?

This is a dealer plan split, not Solo vs Dealer.

Indie (and Indie Pro)

Independent lots. Structure is finance and cash. Lease, one-pay, OEM bulletin import, and Model Manager are off. The product still desks a clean retail deal and quote.

Franchise (and Franchise Pro)

Franchise rooftops. Lease and OEM program tools stay on. Residuals and money factors can come from a bulletin the store imported, not only from a typed fallback.

If lease "disappeared," check which plan the store is on before rebuilding the deal. An Indie workspace hiding lease is working as designed.
